Here are the requirement details

Location:              Northbrook, IL

Start Date:          7/11/2011

End Date:            11/25/2011 with possible extension

 

Description/Requirements:

·         3+ Yrs of Base SAS experience. 

·         Candidate should be adept in writing SQL using DB2-UDB. 

·         The candidate will be instrumental in converting the Functional Requirement into  Technical Design and Develop the same. 

·         Knowledge on shell scripting is a plus, though not mandatory.

 

The following will be the primary roles of the desired candidate:

a) Design

b) Document the design and review with peers

c) Development (Base SAS, DDLs, DMLs)

d) Scripting (Shell) – Not mandatory

e) Creating DDLs and DMLs and implement the same in DB2-UDB

f) Should be a great team player

g) Should have excellent written and oral communication skills

h) Should be willing to work flexible hours (not needed all the time, but in case if the candidate needs to put additional time in meeting the deliverables, he should be willing to)
