Senior JAVA Developer

Boston, MA

Responsible for developing program specifications/detail design documents. Codes, tests and debugs applications programs. Participates in the devising of project timelines, implementation design specifications, system flow diagrams, documentation, testing and ongoing support of business systems. Has participated in the application design of systems, including use of analytical techniques; Develops prototypes from functional specifications; Designs application sub-systems and small systems; Has participated in the development of functional specifications; Assists users in testing, training, and preparation for operations. •

Core Values
• Minimum 6 _ years of developer experience in JAVA platform
Work exposure to J2EE frameworks, Servlets/JSPs, XML.
• Has developed / supported applications using Java on Solaris, Linux platforms.
• Experience in performance tuning and tools
• Experience in coding standards/reviews

Added values
• Exposure to PL/SQL programming
• Trained in at least one of the two Golden Source product suites viz., Datawarehouse and Security Master
• Exposure to any ETL tool
