Position Essential Functions
- Develops and maintains complex applications using a thorough understanding of a number of technologies.
- Leads small groups with specific tasks within a project, including timing coordination with overall project

Position Specifications Educational Preference:
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience. Job Experience:
- 5+ years of business analysis experience within the software development life cycle.
- Ability to mentor junior staff (Preferred)
- Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Well-organized and able to prioritize and coordinate simultaneous tasks and projects while addressing customer needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Project management experience helpful but not required
Computer Experience:
- 5+ Years experience with and strong grasp of Microsoft C# 2.0/3.5/4.0
- Experience with and strong grasp of ASP.NET/Web Services
- Experience with and strong grasp of T-SQL and SQL Server RDBMS
- Experience with and strong grasp of software development methodologies
- Knowledge of OO analysis and design patterns
- Knowledge of relational database design
- Experience with Microsoft Commerce Server is desired but not required
- Experience with jQuery and AJAX is desired but not required
- Strong organizational skills
