PLM/BPM Consultant

Location: San Ramon

Duration: 6 months+

 

Primary Deliverables for the initial study:
Assist in identification of the stakeholders and determining their level of influence
Prepare appropriate questionnaires for each functional group in the scope of the study
Assist in meeting facilitation
Assist in data gathering and analysis
Work with global BA's to ensure appropriate level of information, relevance, and accuracy of the data
Provide input in to the PLM Strategy and PLM Implementation strategy
Provide input in the initial scope definition based on the stakeholder feedback
Assist in preparing recommendations for the PLM path forward
Assist in benchmarking current PLM processes against industry PLM best practices
Maintain study information in SharePoint and ensure accuracy and version control
Document high level business processes in ProChart
Develop legacy system diagram and information flow
Assist in determining the need for LeanSigma analysis on the current product lifecycle processes in Oronite
Excellent Business Process (BPM) skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent Business Analysis skills
Good working knowledge of the P&T
PLM knowledge
Excellent interviewing techniques
