Title:  Web Developer

Location: Dallas TX (Downtown)

Duration: 6 month contract

Max rate: $50/hr C2C

Description:

Migration project: HTML website conversion to NITF (News Industry Text Format) which is XML based.  Must have actual hands-on experience with a conversion of this type.  Must have excellent presentation layer development skills:

• Extensive experience with JSP, XHTML, CSS, XML, Javascript and jQuery.
• HEAVY XML background + experience with NITF format.
• Extensive experience and ability supporting, modifying and maintaining systems and code developed by others.
• Evolved HTML/CSS coding style which is semantic, modular and very reusable.
• Must be able to develop pixel perfect web pages while ensuring cross browser compatibility.
• Must be able to follow detailed instructions, stay focused, and be able switch gears with short notice.
• Candidate must be able to communicate all aspects of presentation layer development in technical and non-technical fashion.
