DevOps Engineer in building out compute environments and someone who is focused on continuous deployment, continuous integration, and promoting Enterprise Solution deployment assets to target environments.

 

Responsibilities:

• Agile automation engineer to improve and operationalize the existing automation framework and to implement design patterns to improve overall automation maturity

• Administer and write code to support the Continuous Delivery tool framework

• Troubleshoot build, packaging, and component management issues, working with the core Configuration Management teammates to resolve them

 

Skills/Experience

• An automation tools engineering background with strong scripting skills using Python/Jython/Shell /Java skills

• Deployment Engineer with strong and hands-on background to deploy TIBCO BW and/or WEBLOGIC installation and configuration background

• Expertise with build automation and software project management tools (Ant, Maven, Gradle).

• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery

• Expertise with build/continuous integration tools (Jenkins, Team City)

• Experience with one or more configuration management automation tools such as Tibco Silver, Puppet, and Chef

• Extensive knowledge of Unix/Linux systems including hardware, software and applications
