Overview: Contractor will be part of a team that is building a web content system using open source code – Apache Jack Rabbit
Responsibilities:
· Continue to get platform up and running
· Heads down development
· Help with weekly deployments
· Creation and management of platform functionality
· Helping deliver functionality to our core platform
· Supporting and helping with implementations of the product (CORAL)
· Use an open source solution (Web Content System) – Apache Jack Rabbit
· Agile Development process
· Morning Stand-ups
· Iteration Planning
· Pair Programming
Must Have Skills:
- Java
- JavaScript
- Experience with Oracle NoSql
- Develop with angular JS
- Restful Services
- Spring
- Automation Testing – Protractor & Selenium & Cucumber
- 5-7 years of experience as a Developer
- Collaboration Skills
- Articulate and converse challenges
- Competitive nature – weekly bug bash
