Systems Programmer 

4 months

 

Company has a need for one RPG systems and application programmer on the iSeries platform. The primary responsibility of this individual will be development and support of our claims processing and associated applications. There may also be tasks in support of membership and eligibility. The primary technologies are RPG and DB2. There is a small but growing use of .Net and MS SQL.

 

·         Candidate must have strong technical abilities in RPG, DB2, and iSeries.

·         Must be able to quickly understand programming assignments and then complete them timely and accurately.

·         Must be willing and able to interact with a wide variety of personalities.

 

Required:

5+ years iSeries/RPG, DB2, OS/400;

 

Desired:

Experience with .Net, MS SQL, Rodin,

Experience with stored procedures

Experience with embedded SQL, WDSC;

 

Nice to have:

EDI, Healthcare
