Here are the requirement details

 ·         IBM FileNet administration skills (Content Manager, Workplace XT, Content Navigator).

·         Sharepoint 2010 and/or 2013 Admin experience – nice to have

 

Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis – Minneapolis, MN

FileNet Administrator

6-12 months

 

 

Deliverables:

·         Integration project to integrate MS SharePoint 2010 and 2013 with IBM Filenet version 5.x to archive content from Sharepoint to FileNet. Includes integrating SharePoint sites that are standard and custom.

·         Large file management solution design, configuration, roll out.

·         Archiving solution design, configuration, roll out.

 

Responsibilities

·         Analyze business requirements and create use cases.

·         Synthesize and document business needs into a design.

·         Configure or assist with configuration of solution.

·         Perform testing.

·         Outline tasks to onboard customer to the solution.

·         Onboard customer.

·         Identify and mitigate risks and issues

 

Required Qualifications

·         Bachelor's degree (computer science or MIS preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and work experience plus a minimum of four years of previous work-related experience.

·         IBM FileNet administration skills (Content Manager, Workplace XT, Content Navigator).

 

Preferred Technical Skills:

·         IBM Content Collector (ICC) for Sharepoint and fileshares (ICC 3 version 3.x and/or 4.x).

·         ICC for email archiving Lotus Notes and Exchange

·         Sharepoint 2010 and 2013 administration

·         IBM Enterprise Records Management

·         Sharepoint development

·         Content archiving

·         Experience integrating Sharepoint with a content management solution
