Back Office tester:
Primary Responsibilities :
· Actively participate with project team in requirements gathering and analysis.
· Work with Business Analysts, Developers, ETL and Data warehouse engineers to validate ETL scripts.
· Create, Execute and Debug SQL queries to perform data completeness, correctness, data transformation and data quality testing.
· Prepare / review test conditions, test cases and test scripts. Execute test cases / scripts.
· Execute test cases / scripts. Execute test cases / scripts. Create and maintain all testing artifacts. Log and track defects to closure.
· Required Skills and Experience : Hands-on experience in source to target mapping between Data Warehouse and target data mart universe databases.
· Expertise in BI and ETL Testing methodologies.
· Experience testing data for data marts, data warehouses or ETL tools such as BODI, Informatica is a plus.
· Ability to lead and mentor a team of data warehouse/Database testers. Experience in test automation is a plus.
· Knowledge of telecom domain and charging and billing systems is a plus.
· Desired Tools : Oracle / SQL Server / Teradata, Informatica / BODI, SQL, Unix, Toad / PLSQL/SQL Developer, HP ALM, HP QC, QTP / Automation tools.
Front Office tester:
Primary Responsibilities :
· Actively participate with project team in requirements gathering and analysis.
· Interface with Business Analysts, Application architects and Developers to understand all business workflows, applications, interfaces and database systems.
· Prepare / review test scenarios, test conditions, test cases and test scripts based on business and technical requirements. Execute test cases / scripts.
· Log and track defects to closure.
· Required Skills and Experience : Hands-on experience in manual/automated end-to-end testing in a multi-tiered multi-vendor environment.
· Strong understanding of black-box and white-box testing techniques.
· Experience in testing web-services and API's using SOAP UI or similar tools
· Expertise in UI driven testing with focus on critical path business workflows.
· Strong understanding of SOA Architecture and working experience with XMLs. Ability to isolate defects and analyze configuration and log files.
· Ability to lead and mentor a team of test engineers. Experience in test automation using QTP is a plus.
· Experience in test automation using QTP is a plus.
· Knowledge of telecom domain and charging and billing systems is a plus.

Bill-to-Bill Tester:
Primary Responsibilities:
· Design and manage the Bill-to-Bill comparision testing between the legacy Amdocs systems and the Ericsson Billing solution for over 40 million subscribers.
· Deep knowledge of testing process.
· Deep knowledge of the Ericsson CBIO solution and/or Amdocs.
· Manage a technical team to structure data and environements in both legacy and new systems.
· The team will execute bill cycles and create analytics to compare results and to identify issues.
HP ALM Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
· Good knowledge of the HP tool used for managing tests, test cases, code changes, defects, etc.
· Need a dedicated resource to manage and administer this tool.
· This person would have to have experience in running and maintaining this system, able to coordinate with the design and test teams as well as all of the PMs.
· Will work both automation and manual.
Test Environment and Data Management Lead:
Primary Responsibilities :
· Actively participate with project team for test data requirements gathering and analysis.
· Collaborate with, System Architects, Application owners and Test Leads to understand and define data integrity constraints.
· Strategize and plan a robust test data provisioning framework.
· Create repeatable process for provisioning high quality test data for multiple testing phases and testing teams. Refresh test data on a regular basis through Golden data or organic data. Address test data issues and provide data correctness and completeness to all testing teams.
· Create and maintain all testing artifacts.
· Work with testing, infrastructure, CM & development teams to build test environments requirements, specifications.
· Responsible for the analysis and translation of test environment requirements in order to establish the approved environment specification.Work with various different teams to build and maintain different test environments based on testing team's requirements. Maintain the environment throughout the test delivery lifecycle by management and application of the appropriate change control processes. Responsible for the management of committed internal and external resources to ensure environments are validated and the approved delivery plan is on track. Work with testing team to do sanity testing of test environments and troubleshoot the issues. Work with different teams to get the environment specific issues resolved. Make recommendations / decisions on the continuous improvement of environment practices and processes.
· Required Skills and Experience : 3+ years of Hands-on experience in leading test data management efforts.
· 3+ years of Hands-on experience in leading test environment management efforts. Working knowledge of multiple databases and test data management solutions like IBM Optim, Grid Data Maker etc.
· Expertize in TDM concepts including Data sub-setting, Data Masking and Data profiling. Ability to lead and mentor a team of test data engineers.
· Ability to work and interact with diverse teams and multiple stake holders.
· Knowledge of telecom domain and charging and billing systems is a plus.
· Broad knowledge of end-to-end telecoms systems.
· A proven track record of successfully defining/delivering test environments and managing conflict within complex technology projects.
CS/EMM/EMA Streamlead & Order Management/Product Catalog (OM/PC):
