Oracle Interface/Conversion Developer and Extension Developer Positions

• Client has gone live with Oracle federal financials and is looking for a resource to continue maintaining the development, implementation, integration, software updates, program management, and software updates for their system
• Candidate will coordinate the resolution of highly complex technical problems and tasks
• Candidate will independently analyze process flows including forms, reports, workflows, extensions, and interfaces
• Candidate will support the development of interfaces from legacy and non-oracle systems to Oracle Federal Financials and vice versa
• Candidate will create appropriate documentation in work assignments such as technical requirement documents and business process flows
• For the Extension Developer position, candidate will perform application extension development, including complex analysis, design, testing, and debugging
• Extension Developer will provide experience in tools such as Oracle Developer 11.2.0, Toad, Custom PLL, and SQL Optimizer.
• Candidate will participate in system-level tests responsible for comparing actual results with expected results
• Candidate should have in depth knowledge of Oracle Federal Financials (such as GL, AP, AR, PO, and FV) and underlying data structures
• Candidate should have extensive experience with one or more of the following: Oracle Reports, Forms, Discoverer, Java, PL/SQL, SQL, XML, and workflows
• Candidate should have experience in the development, testing, deployment, and support of interfaces and extensions
• Candidates should have the ability to interact with business analysts, DBAs, testers, operations, and technical infrastructure team members as required on design, problem resolution, and release process
• Past Oracle Federal Financials experience is not required but highly preferred
