Overview: Browse Product Team within the Best Buy E-Commerce organization.  The Browse Product team is responsible for the presentation of the Best Buy ecommerce sites. 

This project team is extremely fast paced (coding due in 2 week sprints,) high energy, high demand -high accountability collaborative environment. 

Responsibilities:

·         Accountable to product owners and sponsors for schedule, budget, and quality of all program elements.

·         Leads high-level sessions for program plan and schedule development.

·         Reviews/approves project plans for conformance to program strategy and program plan and schedule.

·         Acts as the communications conduit to product owners and sponsors and program steering committee and conducts periodic briefings/status updates.

·         Escalates decisions to product owners and sponsors as necessary.

·         Responsible for financial roll up and management of project work. 

·         Responsible for coordination of scoping project (includes assisting on requirements gathering)

·         Coordination of our user interface design, and HTML deliverables

·         Project plan to achieve scoping completion

·         Responsible for weekly status reporting, and potentially financial tracking for their work streams

·         note taking; meeting scheduling

·         Team Roles and Responsibilities

·         Coordination of the delivery estimate and high level delivery plan (in partnership with technical PM)

·         Delivery is likely to be an iterative model - releases approximately monthly - will be responsible for coordination amongst project for 52 week plan; as well as ensuring that the timing lines up with other releases

·         Assisting with overall release coordination

·         Developing and maintaining the project/program backlog

·         Working with business to continually prioritize work queue (backlog) and align work appropriately

·         Remove roadblocks and issues as they arise

·         Stakeholder management

·         Communication planning and management

·         Tracking of stories, backlog, release plans

·         Iteration Planning Meetings

·         Facilitation of showcases Communication Planning

MUST Have Skills:

1. Strong PM experience in Agile environment
2. Project management experience delivering technical  eCommerce/Web projects
3. Experience in continuous delivery model
4. Experience leading and building highly matrixed teams
5. Agile – min 3-5 years
6. Experience in JIRA is a plus
7. Experience with technical delivery in an eCommerce environment
8. Experience with transactional web/eCommerce sites, preferably retail
