Top 2-3 technical skill sets - Needs to be a seasoned BSA with leadership characteristics: 

 

1. SaaS (software as a Service and configuration of a platform) experience 

2. IT Service Management

3.  Previous experience with operations and IT service delivery 

 

Project Description: The Infrastructure Delivery Services organization is leading the integration of the ServiceNow platform for client. This program will require a senior BSA with ITSM/ITIL experience including process engineering and requirements definition. The current system consists of ad hoc processes and databases (many on desktops) which are not reliable, stable, accurate, timely or efficient. The SN Platform will replace these manually intensive processes with platform services. This system is a critical foundation for the management and measurement of all services delivered by infrastructure including Service Request Management (intake and fulfillment), Configuration Management, and Asset Management and is a critical component of demand/capacity management, SW license management, and financial reporting and analysis for client. 

 

Responsibilities: 

Requirements BSA: 

• Provide business analysis support to the SN Platform team to include: documentation of business requirements including report specifications, process flow, data flow, data mapping, and platform configuration requirements. 

• Partner with business subject matter experts to gather, review and confirm requirements. 

• Complete analyze phase documentation following client standards and deliverables. 

• Create traceability matrix that will be used through out life cycle of project. 

• Partner with vendor and/or third parties to complete analyze phase deliverables. 

 

Testing BSA: 

• Provide testing support to the SN Platform team to include: documentation of test plans, test scripts, test cases following client standards and deliverables. 

• Coordinate/lead testing effort. 

• Manage and update the traceability matrix. 

• Partner with vendor and/or third party to complete test phase deliverables. 

• Partner with business subject matter experts to validate test plans and test scripts. Partner with the business subject matter experts to establish test data. 

• Assist the business in creation of user acceptance test plans. 

 

Required: 

• Client certification or equivalent experience. 

• Previous project experience with facilitating, detailing, and documenting business requirements including platform configuration requirements. 

• Previous experience with data mapping and data conversions. 

• Previous experience working with vendor package implementations including partnering with vendor and/or third party. 

• Prefer experience with ITSM operations and ITIL process disciplines, i.e. Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration Management, Service Request Management, and Asset Management.  

• Previous experience with coordinating and leading test efforts – prefer experience in working with vendor package implementations in this capacity. 

• Previous experience in creating and documenting test plans, test scripts, test cases and other test documentation. 

• Previous experience in managing the defects and process for a large program. 

• Previous experience in an Agile/SCRUM methodology preferred
