Role:               SAP Benefits Consultant

Location:        Enfield, CT

 

Job Description:

·         Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Science, or related discipline 

·         2 FLC of US/CN Benefits Management on ECC 6.0 platform

·                     Must be able to lead the gathering of requirements, design, configuration, testing and deployment of functionality in the SAP Benefits Management area. 
Must be customer focused and possess:
(1) the ability to identify and analyze issues and develop solutions to a variety of highly complex problems; particularly related to data conversion and data
 validation
(2) excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings;
(3) excellent interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of employees, management, external contacts, end-users, and technical contacts;
(4) the ability to maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
(5) Create and maintain test scripts and test data necessary for
testing break-fix resolutions, system enhancements, and new developments.
(6) Assist in the development of functional specifications documents for benefits interfaces and reports.
(7) must be conversant in US and Canadian benefits.
 
Specific Skills:
•         Configuration of all benefits plans - Health, Insurance, Savings, FSA, and Vacation buyback
•         Configuration of all cost rates 
•         Configuration of benefits features (BENGR, BAREA, CSTV1, ELIGR) 
•         Configuration of eligibility and cost user exits 
•         Work with payroll to design payroll schemas and rules as needed for 401k changes
•         Design custom reports per client specifications
•         Work with payroll resource to facilitate benefits integration with SAP payroll
•         Write functional specs
•         Knowledge of imputed income process to meet client needs
•         Ability to configure domestic partner functionality
          Benefits Confirmation Statement design and configuration
