Skills Required:

The must have requirements are:

•           8-10 plus years - Senior Java developer with the ability to mentor others

•           Web Service Development, preferably with Apache CXF

•           Solid understanding of TDD and how to design testable code

•           Understands how to build highly performant code

•           Used an ORM framework like Hibernate for data access

·            Excellent client facing communication       

 

The nice to have requirements are:

•        Web Services Development in CXF.  They could have used a different Java web services framework.

•        Implemented automated code and style analysis tools (checkstyles, findbugs, veracode)

•        Understanding of Maven for build management

•        WebSphere Application Server
