Bulk Openings : 20 Nos required

 

Roles and Responsibility

• Certification testing for End to End Ethernet Services on Ciena NEs like, 3930, 3931, CN3960 (LE520), CN3940, CN5140, CN5150 E-Muxes and Juniper MX480/960 devices

• Active/Passive Ethernet testing for Ethernet Devices like Ciena NEs like, CN3911 (LE58H), 3930, 3931, CN3960 (LE520), CN3940, CN5140, CN5150 E-Muxes, Juniper MX480 and Spirent - STCLive T&D 6.0

• Test planning, Test development, Test execution, Test results documentation and status reporting.

• Setting up the test bed and test environment for Ethernet NE Certification Testing.

• Support regression, backward compatibility and inter-operability between disparate Ciena and JunOS versions for Ethernet NE Certification Testing

• Logging the problem reports found during the Ethernet Services Certification Testing

• Coordinate with platform vendor teams in resolving the trouble-tickets reported through Ethernet Services Certification Testing

• Work with AT&T Team for taking product specific trainings and knowledge transfer.

 

Must Have

• Experience in the Testing and laboratory testing of advanced, new Ethernet/IP technologies, services, IEEE/IETF/MEF standards, MEF 9/18, QOS (Quality of Service), and protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, VPLS, VRRP, TE-FRR, SSH, SNMP, VLAN, STP, PVST, LACP, TWAMP, CFM) used in the implementation and operation of carrier Ethernet networks

• Ciena NEs like, 3930, 3931, CN3960 (LE520), CN3940, CN5140, CN5150 E-Muxes and Juniper MX480/960 devices

• Hands on experience with Ethernet/IP test equipment from Spirent, IXIA, ANUE, JDSU, sniffers, etc.

• Hands on experience in the development and/or specification of software programs and tools used for automated test execution and data collection/analysis (e.g., ITEST, IXAutomate)

 

Nice to Have

• Network certification training (CCNP/JNCIS, CCIE/JCNIE) desirable

• Experience in the design, development and laboratory testing of advanced, new Ethernet/IP network management systems and performance management tools desirable
