Interview : Telephonic and Skype discussion

The requirement is:

1 - Wholesale IP & transport (Fiber or wireline) experience

2 - Carrier Access Billing experience 

3 - Access Service request experience 

4 - Have performed Architect role in wholesale billing

5 - Good communication skills
