Project Description

Customers' are spread across multiple industry verticals such as Banking, Health Care, Education, etc.  Client has various touch points with its customers, but these touch points are discrete due to lack of integration of systems and data silos, resulting in a disconnected customer experience.  The current project seeks to provide seamless customer experience by leveraging data from across the organization and presenting focused high-impact functionality through a single customer facing portal.

 

Job Description

·       Support the definition of the envisioned seamless customer experience based on inputs from customers and internal stakeholders

·       Recommend, change, and integrate business processes to support the future state of the organization.

·       Evaluate the current customer portal and provide recommendations on required changes based on the voice-of-customer / voice-of-business

·       Document processes and detailed requirements

·       Work with the appropriate business owners to ensure that future state process designs are translated into the appropriate procedural documents

·       Work with IT core team to ensure alignment between functional process designs and technical requirements.

·       Aid quality assurance through conducting functional testing as required

 

Requisite Skills and Experience

·       Prior experience of working on projects involving B2B processes and portals for commercial clients

·       Exposure to After Sales & Service processes in the Manufacturing domain

·       Ability to conduct Voice-of-Customer / Voice-of-Business sessions

·       Business process mapping  and ability to design processes where none currently exist

·       Eliciting requirements through workshops and SME interviews

·       Requirements documentation in the form or use-cases / user stories

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts

·       Knowledge of: Requirements Management tool (DOORS), Agile Software Development, Microsoft Products (Visio, Excel etc.), MircoStrategy Tools.
