Rate is $55 / hour   all in 

We will give preference to LOCAL candidates as first interview priority. 

Senior Informatica Administrator      

 Minimum 7 years of Informatica development & Administration experience (using PowerCenter client tools)

Roles and responsibilites.

This position is for on-shore Informatica Administrator to assist in the installation and configuration of the new Informatica 9.5 environment as part of the Inforamtica 9.5 upgarde project.  The candidate should have experience installing and configuring Informatica 9.5 as well as experience with Adminstering Informatica 8.6.  Experience with development changes between 8.6 and 9.5 required for developer support during migration of the flows from 8.6 to 9.5.  The project will start in November and run until March 31, 2013.

1. Experience installing and configuring Informatica 9.5 as well as migration from Informatica 8.6 to 9.5.

2. Build interfaces with SAP using Informatica PowerExchange for SAP R/3 and JMS and client configuration in Informatica 9.5.

3. Develop UNIX scripts

4. DB2 and Oracle PL/SQL, SQL queries, stored procedures and client configuraiton

5. Proactively monitor batches/interfaces and provide statistics to management

6. Troubleshoot performance of workflows/sessions and UNIX processes 

7. Troubleshoot technical issues with Informatica admin and/or Informatica tech support

8. Hands-on experience with Domain Admin Console, user management, start/stop PowerCenter, PowerChannel, PowerExchange  services

9. Informatica administration, deployments, address environment issues, user access, etc

10. Develop PowerCenter mappings, workflows and sesions in v 8.6 and 9.5.
