-->BFSI(L1)-Conceptual Knowledge of one of the Banking, Insurance or Securities andCapital Markets domains - 1. Appreciation of Securities &  Capital Marketsbusiness technology landscape 2. Appreciation of key players in the industryand thier role(e.g. Third Party Service Providers, Regulators etc..)

 

-->Application Testing(L2)-Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, applyand maintain quality standards for company products.  Develops and executessoftware test plans.  Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modificationof software.  Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality andrecommends corrective action.  Consults with development engineers inresolution of problems. Works on problems of relatively complex scope, throughgeneral usage of standard programming concepts and principles and applicationof own judgment. Works as a fully contributing team member, under broadsupervision/ guidance. Expected to further build upon domain knowledge andtechnical/ proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise. May guide newmembers in the team to help them scale up faster.

 

-->General Banking(L2)-Applied knowledge of Banking &  Financial Services - 1. Good knowledge ofbanking business technolcogy landscape 2. Understanding on various players inthe industry and interdependencies if any (e.g. Third Party Service Providers,Regulators etc..) 3. Awareness of overall banking &  financial services industryregulatory enviornment
