·         Having 7 plus years experience in QA.

·         Having experience in Logistics Domain.

·         Having functional Knowledge of WMS, TMS, LMS, YMS

·         Lead team size of 10 plus

·         Having experience in Quality center, QTP, Silk Performer,

·         Having DB testing knowledge- SQL, PLSQL.

·         Having Experience in CICS

·         Having thorough SDLC and SQLC  knowledge

·         Having experience in implementing Agile projects

2.Performance Test Engineering

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI

Duration: 6 + Months

Joining: Immediate

Interview: Telephonic and SKYPE

-->Performance Test Engineering(L4)-Experience in analyzing the bottlenecks and identifying an optimal configuration Proficient in the concepts of Capacity Modeling Hands-on Knowledge on any one Open Source Tools like OpenSTA, Web Load, JMeter, WAS etc. Proficient in authoring Test Tools for Performance that includes the Data Loader, Resource Monitor, Results Macro etc.

-->Application Testing(L3)-Should be able to differentiate the different testing phases like Unit Integration, System, Acceptance, Regression testing and should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test cases. Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Orthogonal Array Tool. Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with DFA tool.

-->Silk Performer(L3)-Experience in setting up 'Monitoring' with different layers of the Application Under Test (e.g. Weblogic Monitoring, Web Sphere Monitoring) Experience in Production Monitoring
