We have an Urgent requirement for one of our client

 

SAP HCM Functional Consultant

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Duration: 6 Months

 

Need a highly experienced resource who can independently handle PA/OM, Global employment, ECM (Compensation) & Benefits

Role expectations are:

Assess the existing HCM business processes at HD and prepare the workshop content for Blueprint phase

Participate in discussions with Key business users and SMEs to finalize the requirements for the HCM processes in scope and document the same

Analyze the requirements gathered during workshops and prepare the Blueprinting documents, KDD values and Customization Gap Lists.

Coordinate with H-D stakeholders in obtaining inputs required for completing the blueprinting

Coordinate with H-D stakeholders for deliverables review and signoffs
