Basic skills on Custom Integration and Workflow through Remedy Workflow Objects

Basic Oracle skill set as they will work with the DBA's

Perf Tuning and writing SQL Code

Farming data from Remedy

Would be good to know Developer Studio and be able to trouble shoot

All the other tools they list in the Job Description would be nice to have, but not necessarily required. This is a position that they are bringing in because the main guy that does this needs some help right away. So this person will take the load off the main guy.

The candidate will need to be familiar with Remedy in a Windows Server and Oracle Database environment (i.e. Unix background would not be of use here).

The candidate must be available to be on-call 24/7 on a rotational basis.

The candidate must have 4+ yrs experience developing in ARS, with 1½+ yr experience working in ITSM version 7.5 or higher.
