We are in need of a Change Manager to work on the IT Infrastructure Transformation project.
We need an organizational change resource that can work across several service books with a program leader and deep in a few service books to support tactical change actions.
Description of Responsibilities:
· Cross-capability knowledge sharing; requirements definition and operationalizing the "engagement model"
· Stakeholder management and communications plan development
· Facilitate specific interventions between ITSM, Data Center and Service Desk to ensure alignment
· GBS interfaces – Ensure role alignment (especially customer facing)to ensure successful customer experience
· Stakeholder engagement
· Risk assessment – Vendor (incoming and outgoing) stability of transition responsibilities
· Need to help define processes (basic process mapping – not LSS)
· Assist with onboarding talent; changing behaviors relative to service levels, and stakeholder management
Description of Skills:
MUST HAVE
· Change Management
· Communication plan development
· Facilitation
· Learning and Education Experience (or ability to partner with HR to build onboarding programs)
· Process mapping (not LSS/Lean intense….but ability to facilitate a group through process mapping).
NICE TO HAVE
· IT Services and Support
· IT change and impact analysis
