Strong understanding of Quality Control and Quality Assurance
Deep understanding of software development lifecycles like agile, waterfall, test driven development
Experienced in development of Test Plan, Test Strategy, Test Cases, Scripts; execution of Test Cases and Analysis of Reports results
Must have the capability to conceptualize and create innovative solutions around testing lifecycle including specialized testing. Self driven and able to drive and lead independently in a hands on role
Understanding of test metrics and test process improvement initiatives

Requirement Analysis and Test Scenario development
Development of the manual and automated test scripts
Set up and execution of the manual or automated test scripts
Logging & recording of the test outcomes or results
Daily reporting of the progress/status of the test execution
Analysis and recovery from the execution errors
Assist with the maintenance of the test scripts library; Status Reporting
Fosters an environment of continuous improvement and open communications |
Generic Managerial Skills | : | Team management skills. Good written and verbal communications skills, including experience of client interactions.
