The 50 hour training classes starts this weekend and continue every
weekend on Saturday and Sunday 5-6 hours average per day for the next
50 hours and we invite you to join the class 1 for free this Saturday.
Our SAP training leads conduct these sessions, different leads handle
different modules. Feel for yourself, see if you are comfortable, know
about our training lead and then sign up. Just reply to this email and
we will reserve you a slot for this Saturday class and send you the
meeting password. We only take a very few candidates per class.
If you are interested in signing up after class 1 for either of these

DATE & Timing:
06/16/2012 - 16th June 2012 - Saturday - 8.30 AM EST to 12.30 PM EST (
+/- 15 minutes to start and end the training but please prepare to be
on time ). Coffee breaks in between.
After this class 1 - please expect another invitation for rest of the classes
Important Note:
If you have any questions related to registration,fees or anything
else that is not related to SAP training, you cannot discuss in this
class, our training leads do not have details other than the training
itself, please email us back and we will be happy to have our sales or
marketing manager contact you and clarify all your questions. Please
restrict your discussion only to SAP subject in this 4 hours training
class. Just to keep our training environment specific and subject
alone. The Training lead will not be able to answer your non SAP
questions, as he is from a different team ( Training delivery team and
not from Sales/Marketing team ) and this is purely a training program
only and not a project implementation program. Your cooperation is

Will be sent during the class and you will be a registered into our
document respository where all training documents are stored. Which
you can access and download to you local systems.
Your 24/7 system access:
The request for your system access will be put after your first class
and you should receive your system access and connection details by
end of next day. You should get for upto 2 months system access.
Class Agenda:
Your trainer will go thru the slides, demonstrate in SAP, help you to
practice in the class, will give you an assignment to work on and go
over the assignment key in detail once the assignment is done.
After class support:
In case if you have any questions on the class and if you would like
have some help, please email training@101erp.com. Your trainer will
reply back to your email within 24 to 48hours.

Guidelines during the training sessions:
1) Please ensure your phone is always on mute unless you want to
discuss with the instructor.
2) Please ensure you have high speed internet service for a better connectivity.
3) During technical difficulties if you get disconnected from the
meeting or audio conference, please dial back in again to the same
meeting and dial into the same conference number again
4) If you have trouble connecting contact us thru training@101erp.com
and we will resolve your issues.
5) This meeting details must not be shared with anyone without our
prior permission, the meeting is intended for 101ERP students only and
no one else instead of you can attend the training as a substitute, we
may terminate you from the sessions if this is not followed.

implementation programs. Training program and Project Implementation
programs are entirely two different programs.
10) The fees that is being proposed here is entirely only for the
training program alone.
PLEASE NOTE:
If you are joining first time thru GOTOMEETING/WEBEX, then it might
take some time to install and run but not more than 10 mins. Please
click on the link above from the meeting details or copy paste the
link to your browser and provide your personal email id and join the
meeting. Once you join you should be able to see the presenter's
screen or computer. Also, you need to dial into the conference call to
hear what the trainer is saying, or else you can use the speaker/mic,
if you have good internet connection.
In Case if you are not able to hear or see the trainers screen
properly, please log out of GOTOMEETING/WEBEX and close your internet
explorer ( safari/firefox/chrome etc ) and open MEETING link from
above again and try to connect. If the problem persists please reboot
your computer after saving all your applications/work and then try to
connect to gotomeeting.
If you are connecting thru MIC/SPEAKER, please ensure you have good
internet connection ( broadband high speed ), otherwise you will not
have high quality results. Alternatively you can use the CHAT
application available on the gotomeeting tool to communicate with the
trainer.
