Key Areas of Responsibility · Support existing internal customers for the Enterprise Platform · Design software subsystems, components, and their interfaces in support of business requirements · Develop high quality code to support technical architecture and design · Participate and contribute to an effective software development lifecycle · Accurately estimate time and resources for software development efforts · Incorporate unit testing practices into software development process Basic Qualifications · Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience · A minimum of 6+ years experience in software architecture, design, and development · Minimum of 2 years experience developing Enterprise Applications · Object Oriented Analysis and Design experience · Experience with Continuous Integration and tools to support it: Hudson, Sonar, Maven · Ability to understand business and technical requirements · Experience with the following modern programming languages: Java, XML, and (JavaScript or ActionScript) · Experience with the following modern programming frameworks: JEE, Spring and Web Services(SOA, RPC, REST) · Experience with one of the following relational databases: Oracle, SQL Server or MySQL · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills Preferred Qualification · Experience with Scrum · Experience with one of the following modern programming languages: C#, C++ or JSP · Experience with several of the following modern programming frameworks: .Net, Hibernate, Flex and GWT · Excellent documentation skills
