Federal Finance Analyst/Programmer
Experience required. SAP R/3 to ECC 6.0 Federal Financial configuration, Federal Financial business knowledge and experience, understand solution changes due to legislative changes. The solution includes SAP MM, AP, GL, FM, SL and ABAP interfaces. The SAP R/3 Analyst will be involved in supporting any phases of the system update and the Internet Payment Platform interface implementation, including blueprinting, gap analysis, mapping, prototypes, design, configuration, testing, go-live, user training and post production support. The Analyst will also be responsible for Operations & Maintenance support. The consultant must be able to work with end users on the SAP application's integration and functionality; determine those technology inadequacies and /or deficiencies that can affect the functional area's ability to support or meet the organizational goals as well as lead enterprise applications integration efforts and oversee the validation of the associated work products. Consultants on the project could lead both small and medium size teams and must proactively educate both team members and the client with specific best practices. The Analyst may need to work with ABAP Developers to ensure accuracy and completeness of functional requirements, create functional specifications and test programs according to specifications. The Analyst participates in full integration testing and assumes responsibility for testing the application from a functional perspective to verify that the system meets requirements. The Analyst will actively participate in work groups and work sessions with functional and technical consultants.
Candidate must have strong analytical skills; ability to effectively analyze & resolve issues within the SAP R/3 ISPS solution, the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and strong documentation and organizational skills. The individual needs to have solid communication skills and the ability to view the situation and take proactive approaches.

SAP AP - Accounts Payable – 10 years SAP CO – Controlling-5 years
SAP SL - Special Ledger – 6 years SAP R/3 ECC 6.0 experience – 2 years
