We are seeking an experienced IT recruiter/sales professional to join our team. We are looking for an individual who has an "entrepreneurial" spirit and can thrive in a fast-paced / high energy environment. As a recruiter, you will be placing a variety of skills in IT, sourcing, interviewing, negotiate salaries and fees, matching candidates with clients and ultimately making placements. You will identify client needs, negotiate rates and appropriate contract terms, and insure repeat business from clients. You will meet established targets for hiring and sales growth.

Requirements:
* Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
* 3+ years job experience of technical recruiting experience is a must.
* Good understanding of current technologies: Microsoft .Net, J2EE/JAVA, ERM Packages, CRM Products, Internet/Web technologies etc.
* Prior experience selling Technical Staff Augmentation and consulting solutions required.
* Proven (prior experience) understanding of Recruiting and sourcing concepts.
* Previous database/recruiting software experience. Excellent knowledge of use of Internet and other sources for recruitment
* Demonstrated ability to execute technical staffing strategy. Generate qualified candidates through cost effective methods
* Interact and meet with client managers
* Ability to break down doors with strong sales and cold calling skills
* Demonstrated efficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software; Microsoft Suite preferred
* Proven ability to handle multiple projects
* Excellent verbal/written communication & interpersonal skills
* If you already have a serious book of candidates and great relationships with clients, it will be considered a Big Plus.
* Ability to work independently to achieve targets
