BPM (OBPM) Developers(Mid Level)

Location : Irvine,CA

Duration : 9 Months Contract

 

The Job Description is as follows:

•             Client is looking for midlevel BPM Developer with strong experience on dotnet and other webservices.

•             Should have very good comn. Skills, since he need to work in US citizens team.

•             Biztalk experience is very big advantage but not mandatory.

•             Should have good production support experience

•             Wipro is ready to accept OPT consultants also, but profile should be exact match to this position.

BPM Process Design(L2)

 

•             Should have five years of work experience on BPM/BRMS stack.

•             Should have good experience in Architecture and design of BPM engagements.

•             Should have good experience in J2EE,Web Services,Unit Testing and Debugging rules.

•             Should have Customer facing skills including influencing customer architects and business stakeholders.

•             Should have excellent knowledge of programming /systems analysis,problem solving and analytical skills.

•             Should have extensive knowledge base(e.g.infrastructure/ technology/ application to analyze problems of the greatest complexity and contribute to troubleshooting efforts.

BPM(L3)

•             Apart from proficiency level 2, the following are required for thisproficiency:  

•             Should be able to understand the impact of dependenttechnolgies and incorporate it in design

•             Should understand security solutions(in BPM context), backend systems, domain flows

•             Should be able to identifytechnology/functionalon-functional dependencies in an BPM implementation andplan fro the same

•             Should contribute to technology forums - participate inatleast one seminar in speaker slot
