NET/ ASP.NET Developer 

Duration- 1yr contract

St. Louis Park, MN 

 

Application developer responsible for design and development of C#.NET and ASP.NET based web applications in the IT Computer Services division. Initial project involves design and development of a company-wide Role Based Application Provisioning System being custom built using an ASP.NET front end with C#.NET backend components, SQL Server Database, Windows Workflow Foundation, and Windows Server 2008 R2E 64 Bit Platform with IIS 7.5 App/Web Hosting. This individual should demonstrate a moderate level of understanding and application of general systems concepts and their integration with business problem resolution. Primary Responsibilities: - Designing, coding, debugging, documenting and supporting efficient and effective computer applications and tools consistent with established specifications and business requirements. - Strong skills with C#.NET and ASP.NET programming languages - Strong skills with Windows Server 2008 and IIS 7.5 App/Web Hosting - Design and develop solutions based on complex, cross-functional system test plans - Liaison with clients or other systems areas involving complex problem solving, is a significant element of work - Accountable for effectiveness, quality and timeliness of project analysis and programming decisions and the ease with which they can be implemented - Provide significant input to establishment of protocols, tools and systems investments - Interpret business requirements related to a significant element of a system application. - Assist with design or enhancements of straightforward aspects of less complex systems. - Completes efficient coding on complex applications. - Document unit test plans; completes unit testing successfully. - Assist with evaluation of systems scope and objectives
