Job Title      : Sr .Net Developer

Location      : Redmond, WA

Duration     : Long term

 

This position is responsible for:

•        Participating in the development of product releases

•        Implementing the accepted design within the scheduled time and budget.

•        Performing complex bug fixes. 

•        Discussing new features implementation internally and with customers.

•        Preparing and presenting demos related to new features.

•        Interfacing regularly with Operations/Delivery, Marketing and Support teams.

•        Requires occasional extended work hours, may be asked to carry a pager/cell phone, be on call.

 

All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements in order to be considered for this opportunity.  Candidates who exceed minimum qualifications may be considered for a higher level position.

 

General Qualifications:

•        Requires a Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience.

•        6+ years of advanced knowledge and design or development experience in using .NET 3.5 and/or .NET 4.0

•        6+ years experience with Visual Studio 2005, 2008 and/or 2010.

•        6+ years experience with C++.

•        Experience with large projects lasting 18 months or more within culturally diverse development teams of 20-30 engineers, testers and technical writers.

•        Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to write professional and technical reports and procedures.

•        Requires limited travel, up to 10%.
