NEED BOTH ONSITE AND REMOTE RATES
SPECIFIC TASKS:
Review analyze PM Database Structure and configuration
Pinpoint issues and outline possible redesign options with minimum visible impact on business process. Standardization of configuration processes for different departments is desirable.
PM Resource Planning to allow for distribution of WO assignments from Call Center . Why/What is available and what skills are required
Possible redesign for better tracking of Operations/tasks , PM Activities (Labor) , Materials and Equipment to accommodate reporting requirements
Ability to calculate labor hours with breaks and overtime
Possible help with O & M operations/activities/tasks screen design
Inventory's goods issue to work orders to be shown under materials used
Tracking Perfomance criterias for Call Center and departments. Ability to report on planned and actual performance
Integration for IM, MM and PM(ability to track issued materials/equipment to work order and project) for all departments
