Wealth Management Marketing Channel Manager
6-8 month contract - potential to extend

 

In this execution-focused channel management position, you will work as part of Wealth Management's digital platform team responsible for managing Wealth's digital marketing platforms across public web properties.  You will work collaboratively with wealth marketing, wealth segment business lines, OmniChannel, and technology partners to define and deliver optimal public/private web experiences and social media presence.   Additionally, you will play a supporting role on wealth digital client innovation pilot projects.  S/he will operate independently, consulting with and advising management on the progress of his or her assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Optimize wealth management digital marketing across online, tablet, and device platforms to ensure optimal public site experience and lead conversion opportunities
• Lead projects encompassing digital marketing platforms and private banking features
• Project manage cross-functional teams made up of marketing, product management, user experience, business analysts, technology, CRM, legal/compliance and analytics
• Analyze client, competitive, and banker feedback and recommend digital services enhancements and updates
• Support production and other ad-hoc needs  related to client's overall behind-the-password digital experience
• Create exceptional end-to-end client experiences resulting in high customer engagement
• Develop product definition documents, define business requirements and processes through implementation
• Serve as product/feature owner from requirements through testing, and deployment of new capabilities

 

Required Skill/Experience

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• 6 or more years of experience in digital marketing  and technology product management
• Leadership skills to own project delivery, marshal key stakeholder constituencies, and mobilize key development partners

• Outstanding verbal and written communications
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
• Execution-oriented doer with an action-oriented bias
• Proven collaborator and team player as well as success working in a highly matrixed environment
• Lead digital/technology projects from concept to implementation in prior roles

 

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Relevant work experience within the financial services industry and wealth management, in particular
• Familiarity and usage of Adobe platform tools (TeamSite, Experience Manager, Site Catalyst)
