Peoplesoft HCM Developer
3 month contract

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the functional staff to determine the appropriate technical solution to client requests.
Maintain, develop, or modify PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Application PeopleCode, component interfaces, application engines, application packages, menus, pages, components, records, SQRs, and portal objects.
Maintain Application and Web Servers.
Analyze and implement new releases of PeopleSoft Applications or PeopleTools and evaluate their impact on custom modifications and/or new system functionality.
Ensure proper change control for product installation.
Work with Information Technology team members to coordinate and facilitate the successful implementation of all custom modifications and new releases of PeopleSoft.
Troubleshoot and analyze problems to keep the PeopleSoft system and interfaces to other internal and external systems running smoothly.

Qualifications:

A combination of education and experience generally attained through 4 year college degree and a minimum of 5 years of PeopleSoft technical experience; including hands-
on experience implementing/developing/ supporting/troubleshooting the Human Capital Applications.
Demonstrated technical knowledge of PeopleSoft, including proficiency developing with PeopleTools 8.4x/8.5x.
Ability to triage issues as they arise. Proficiency with PeopleCode and SQL Server 2008.
Both technical and functional knowledge in PeopleSoft Human Capital Management in order to interpret issues is required.

Required Skills:

Ability to perform application and PeopleTools Upgrades by running change packages and installing software from current version v8.50.21 to v8.55.
Ability to write, review and debug SQR, SQL, PeopleCode and Application Engine Programs
Advanced knowledge of Change Assistant, Data Mover and other related PeopleTools software
PeopleTools 8.4x/8.5x Specific;
Change Assistant & Environment Management Hub;
Application Designer;
Application Engine;
PeopleCode; Application Package;
Portal objects; and Workflow
