Title: COBOL Developer

Required Skills (to be scored as pass/fail)

• B.S or B.A degree (4 year) with 4 years experience in COBOL Programming/Development or an Associates degree (2 year) with 6 years experience in COBOL Programming/Development or 8 years experience in COBOL Programming/Development.
• Engagements equaling at least 18 months in a Programming/Development role

Desired Skills (to be scored pass/fail)

• Computer Science or Information Technology degree
• Proven understanding of all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Analytical skills and creation of program specifications
• Any experience with the health insurance programs and/or a state Medicaid Management Information System
• CICS
• VSAM
• DB2
• SQL
• InterTest Debugging Tool
• TSO/SPF
