"We are looking for min 2 full life cycle implementation experience of CHARM, Service Desk & Incident Mgmt functionality of Solution Manager.
SAP Solution Manager (Solman) Technical Consultant
Mandatory (Basics below)
1. Experience in SAP solution manager 7.1 Implementation/ Upgrade from 7.0 to 7.1
2. Experience in system preparation, Basis configuration, and Managed system configuration
3. Projects experience for managing/configuration ChaRM, Root Cause Analysis, System administration, Data
volume management, and other operational scenarios of Solution Manager
5. Experience in configuration of SLD, LMDB
Mandatory (SOLMAN configuration capabilities)
1. Experience of at least two End-to-End Service Desk, Incident Mgmt & CHARM Project Implementation
2. Experience in solution documentation/solution implementation (SOLAR01, SOLAR02) & roadmaps
3. Experience in Configure Change Request Management (ChaRM), ITSM
4. Experience in Application Incident Management/Service Desk
5. Experience in CRM Middleware technical configurations for Solution Manager
6. SAP SOLMAN Certification a must
