Job Description :

 

·         The BA will need to have some background in testing - specifically UAT testing.  Focus will be on relationships with the end users to determine testing scenarios.

 

Required Skills :
 

• Ability to work with business end users to gather and document requirements
• Analyze and summarize business requirements and drivers
• Assess technical information systems needs for IWD & external partners
• Interpret business requires, explore different alternatives and make recommendations
• Determine testing criteria and verify requirements.
• Develop comprehensive test plans
• Ability to write complete test cases
• Experience working with external 3rd parties to gather information and make assessment
• Analyze and summarize federal regulations
• Perform GAP analysis and identify process improvements.
