Qualifications:
§ Pega Business Consultant position within the Marketing and digital Experience Solutions team § Key contributor and responsible for eliciting, analyzing, validating and documenting detailed business, organizational, operational and/or system requirements for the Pega based applications § 5-7 years of related experience, the ability to identify client requirements and processes, recommend the most efficient and cost effective solution for the business and IT
Responsibilities:
§ Seasoned individual capable of handling medium to large scale projects § Works with some guidance from lead business consultants on more complex projects § Capable of applying knowledge to handle problems § Anticipates change and directs or redirects efforts § Looks for and finds ways to improve processes § Elicit, analyze, validate and document detailed business, organizational, operational and/or system requirements for the Pega based applications § Has a desire to learn in a face paced environment § Perform requirement management planning for large scale projects § Collaborate with business and system experts § Facilitate and drive requirements gathering sessions § Ensure requirements are efficient, cost effective, and meets the needs of the clients § Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills § Lead business analysis across multiple parallel initiatives § Mentor other business consultants § In-Depth understanding and progressive experience in all phases of the iterative Systems Development Life Cycle
