Unica Admin / Programmer position we have here in Columbus This is more of a Sr. Level position. The initial duration budgeted is 2 months, however the client said it is very likely to extend.
The Unica Administrator / Programmer will be responsible for providing expert-level technical leadership of marketing operation and CRM campaign technical support. Unica is a business application used by L Brands customer marketing teams. Annual marketing operations results n contacts of over 13 Billion customer emails and over 250 million direct mail promotions per year.
Unica application and technology products supported by the enterprise Business Intelligence team. The position will be focused on supporting business functional users and projects related to Unica. The position will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for Unica users.
This role requires expertise in Campaign Segmentation, Planning and Marketing Operations using Unica, Campaign Design/Development, Campaign Management, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing. Candidate will have a thorough competency in Unica software and technologies, architecture, and current trends in data delivery and information management. Must have a good understanding of enterprise data warehouse implementations as well as possess good data analysis and SQL skills.
Responsibilities:
Technical Lead and primary point of contact for all Unica applications and related projects and activities.
Provide all levels of technical and application support; incident management (Level 1, 2 and 3); address user, application and data issues
Monitor the overall availability and performance of the current Unica technology server environments and take corrective actions as necessary to insure peak operational performance.
Provide maintenance and support for Unica products during deployment, upgrade and any changes to Unica products and/ or during other enterprise activities that impact Unica infrastructure
.Oversee, recommend and implement appropriate solutions and enhancements to ensure an improvement in system reliability and performance
Monitor usage logs to assist in performance tuning of the systems and servers
Work with the Unica user community
