I would want a senior guy with at least 9-10 years of experience.

 

- .NET to review approximately 30 mobile and web systems developed using .NET 4.5 framework and MS Sql Server 2008R2 for the purpose of transition from current vendor to DTI managed. The current vendor is still engaged with the state, is available and working well with DTI during this transition. At a high level, the assessment would consist of:

 

·    review of code to meet DTI standards and overall maintainability

·       evaluation to meet business needs, supportability, and gaps

·       proposal for upgrade, rewrite, or move as-is

·       execution of recommendation

·       well-written documentation of the above steps for each system will be required

·       continued support of migrated applications
