Need Telecom Billing Customer Support
Location: Madison, WI
Duration: 3+ months
· Candidates need to be familiar with telecom billing, ideally Amdocs, but similar billing systems experience will work too. Good communication/people skills and call center support experience are needed. Billing knowledge and consolidated billing knowledge are a plus.
· Provides support to customers with technical issues and requests
· Answers inquiries to the service desk.
· Accurately records and prioritizes support issues/requests in the incident tracking system by following current procedures.
· Escalates support issues/requests to appropriate individual(s)/team(s) based on current guidelines and procedures.
· Researches, resolves and responds to support issues/requests in a timely manner in accordance with current standards.
Need Amdocs with Order Management System.
Location: Madison, WI
Duration: 3+ months
· SQL, Java, Shell Scripting
· Amdocs 7.5 or higher with Order Management Experience, and preferably additional applications
· Experience with Amdocs Business Support Systems like Amdocs Billing , Amdocs Ordering and Amdocs CRM
· Experience with Production Support processes - ticket investigation, analysis, root cause investigation, communication of workarounds and resolutions
· Experience with Amdocs Order Management System 7.5 or higher
· Exposure to other Amdocs applications such as CRM, Customer Manager, and Billing Platform is also valuable
Need Ticket Analyst
Location: Madison, WI
Duration: 3+ months

· Support production issues including new requirement Implementation and defects resolution on AmdocsBusiness Support Systems
· Create HLDs and detailed design documents as per the customer requirements
· Support testing activities (ST/UAT) related to Amdocs Business Support Systems like Amdocs Billing , AmdocsOrdering and Amdocs CRM
Requirements:
· Strong experience with Amdocs or any telecom billing application (Ex - Huawei, Convergys, LHS Telecommunication, Intec Telecom Systems
· Advanced SQL Development experience
· 2+ years of experience UNIX
· Experience with TOAD
· Strong analytical skills
