Job Requirements 7+ years work experience with 2+yrs in Product development for Credit / Payment platforms Strong communication skills in order to collaborate effectively with the business unit, understand requirements and interpret findings Demonstrated proficiency in Open Source Development Stack with Oracle Databases Advanced Excel and Power Point skills including Pivot Tables Ability to work in a fast paced environment and juggle competing priorities A passion for problem-solving, comfort with ambiguity, and creativity Team player attitude, partnering, and collaboration skills MBA or Masters in quantitative field is a definite plus Agile project experience - at least 2 years
