Lead QA Tester

Location: Des Moines, IA

Duration: 12 Months+

Interview: Will only hire off Skype interview or face to face interviews

           

Required Skills:

Requirements/ Details:  –Pay to HR Project--The contractor will work with automation developers in providing automated testing solutions,

(Resource must hit the ground running)

Must have:

•              5+ years of experience  with at least 3 years minimum of QA Lead (need experience leading projects)

•              Knowledge of Quality Assurance & testing disciplines

•              Ability to lead & coordinate efforts with Home office & off shore testing teams

•              Strong written and oral communication

•              Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

•              Experience with testing tools : ALM, JIRA

Prefer-not a must have: 

•         Financial services background

•         Agile & test automation experience
