Job Description:

Engineering Graduate with Good communication Skills

CCNA or ACA certified must

3 – 5 years of Hands on experience on S8700, CMS, AES, Qfinity, VM, WFM and IVR

Knowledge on S8700 with G650 and G450

Good knowledge on MACD, VDN, VEC, Routing and backups

Preferred ACS (Avaya certified Specialist)

Knowledge on ICM will be added advantage.
