REQT 1 : OBIEE Business Analyst
Location: Lexington , KY
Duration: 6 + Months
Interview : Telephonic and Web cam (SKYPE)
· Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
· Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
· Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), iii. Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs)
· Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers
· Drive and challenge business users on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans
· Strong analytical and Siebel Call Center and Service Management knowledge skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
· Understanding DW implementation and experience in Siebel Analytics or OBIEE implementation is a Must
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
· Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the development team through which requirements flow.
· Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates
· Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
· Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams
REQT 2 : Business Analyst with Securities & Capital Markets
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Duration: 6 + Months
Interview : Telephonic and Web cam (SKYPE)
Business Analysis(L3)-Interface with clients and gain understanding of requirements/processes through meetings and discussions. Provide overall business and systems analysis and design support. Coordinate new customer development and enhancements. Execute functional tests and evaluate results to ensure accuracy and quality of complex system changes. Provide testing feedback to technology and monitor adherence to functional requirements Ensure that the resources are equipped to be productive in time to meet requirements of customer. Adjust priorities according to changes in requirements and workload. Assist Overall Program's project manager in making staffing planning decisions and communicate effectiveness of offshore delivery. Provides Training and Operational support to business unit. Provide training to existing staff on and off site training and demos as needed. Assistant advise peers to ensure efficient management of current and incoming resources. May be a subject matter expert in a chosen area/function
>Securities and Capital Markets(L3)-In-depth knowledge of Securities & Capital Markets Good knowledge of Securities& Capital Markets business technology landscape and geo variations. Understanding on various players in the industry and interdependencies/geovariations if any (e.g. Third Party Service Providers, Regulators etc..)Exposure to core Securities & Capital Markets systems like Flexcube, Financle,T24. Good knowledge of overall Securities & Capital Markets industry regulatoryenviornment.
REQT 3 : DataCom Test Engineer ( Protocol testing,Spirent, IXIA)
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 6 + Months
Interview: Telephonic and Web cam (SKYPE)
· Minimum 3-4 years experience with Protocol testing.
· Project involves the MPLS, RSVP testing and automation of the unit test cases. Configuration of BGP and testing the functionality of the same. Testing and automation of the PIM-SM, PIM-SSM,
· IGMP and MSDP protocols.
· Knowledge of LDP is an advantage
· Hands on experience in Datacom/Telecom Domain is must and specifically in manual and
· automation testing of above mentioned protocols
· Hands on experience with Spirent, IXIA or any other Traffic Generator.
· Strong perl automation knowledge is must
· Good problem solving capability,
· Ability to understand customer requirements and propose solutions
· Excellent communication skills
