Here are the requirement details

Location:  Hartford, CT

Duration: 3 Months +

Role:  Scrum Master

 

Requirements:

·         Manages the Scrum process, facilitates meetings, removes impediments

·         Responsible for ensuring that the Scrum team and Product Owner adheres to Scrum values, practices, and rules

·         Facilitates, coaches, and guides the team in the values and practices of Agile and Scrum

·         Ensures the Team and the Product Owner are on the same page and stay in sync during the sprint

·         Helps improve productivity and improve the practices used by the team

·         Shares / brings lessons learned from other teams

·         Ensures Burn-up and Burn-down charts are available and accurate

 

Specific to this project:

·         Responsible for working with team to manage and resolve defects

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Detail oriented

·         Able to negotiate between multiple parties
