Job Description:

1. Minimum graduates with 0.6 - 4 years experience in US recruitment

2. Ability to create long lasting relationships and build pipelines of candidates.

3. Looking for folks who have ability to Target the most qualified candidates and screen resumes to identify potential matches.

4. Experience sourcing, recruiting, negotiating & closing candidates

5. Experience finding candidates from a variety of sources including job portals (Dice, monster, etc,.)

6. Must be well versed with W2, 1099 and C2C.

7. Excellent communication skills.
