Here are the requirement details

Location: Norristown, PA

Duration: 6 months+

No travel costs will be paid – local only

 

Oracle DBMS - Expert
DBA (Database Administrator) – Expert
Oracle Database 10g RAC - Expert

 

·         Responsible for the administration, optimization, monitoring, tuning and backup/retrieval of enterprise databases.

·         Additional responsibilities include creating and maintaining user access, space management, database refreshes, and database security. Monitors database for potential problems and creates end-user reports.

·         May write and tune SQL or PL/SQL code.

·         May participate in data migration activities or work with application development teams to provide database access and knowledge.

·         Provides appropriate consulting, interfacing, and training for users.

·         Establishes and maintains policies, standard operating procedures, and associated documentation for user interaction with the database environment.

·         A minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Database Administrator is required.
