Here are the requirement details

Need AVAMAR/ EMC VMAX Platform.

 

6 month project. Could be extended.

 

Manager will probably do a phone and then onsite interview. Let me know what you are coming up with.

 

 

 

I am working with a client who is deploying an integrated EMC solution for data backup and recovery in an enterprise environment (multiple geographically disperse data centers with a varying types of operating platforms)

 

They are also converting from older EMC storage technologies to the new EMC VMAX platform

 

So 2 engineers:

 

1.       Senior backup/recovery engineer with experience in deploying Networker and AVAMAR backup/dedup/restore software systems

2.       Senior storage system engineer with experience in implementing and migrating to VMAX storage subsystems

 

Would expect these to be 6 month type projects – I am meeting the client manager next week to discuss in more detail

 

Both projects should get underway in the near term – with the backup deployment the top priority.
